Casper College Early Childhood Learning Center The project included multiple study options for locations across the campus including several existing facilities’ remodels along with a modular option. The facility is designed for age’s birth through five and although not necessary, was designed for compliance with the Wyoming Department of Family Services’ regulations. The stick-built facility also includes a commercial kitchen and full playground with all playground equipment designed and coordinated.
